My food diary

BREAKFAST:I had many kinds of fruit for breakfast, for example: grapes, peaches, bannanas, pears and apples,... and for a drink I had fruit tea.

SNACK: Usually I have some bread with jam. And I have water.

LUNCH: at the weekend I had chicken with rise.

SNACK: I had some plums and prunes for a second snack.

DINNER: For a dinner i had a fish with vegetables and orange juice.
