This past year I have been working a lot with porcelain clay mixed with black sand and different stains (colours) and experimenting with handthrowing different forms with different amounts of sand. This is one of the forms that became a cup - only glazed on the inside.

This bowl is handthrown of two colours of clay: one lump of white porcelain and one lump of the mint green. It is always surprising how the two different colours mix - here the white shows itself as a white cirkle in the bottom. I tried to keep the colours separate while throwing and almost succeeded and I'm pretty happy with the result.

I mainly work with porcelain clay - sometimes mixing it with different stains (colours). This bottle is handthrown as most of the items that I make, while the espresso cups are cast by hand.

One of my plates seen from the back to show off my stamp. it is handthrown of a mix of white, mint green porcelain clay and with sprinkles of black sand.
