Natalia Bellinger Fitness freak

Hello! My name is Natalia Bellinger and I'm 18. I have two amazing parents that love and support me. I have a younger sister who's the most fearless and brave person I know. My family pushes me to pursue my dreams and i love them for everything they do for me. I also have two awesome dogs, Nyla and Chimba. I am currently a first year student in college with a scholarship to play softball. Softball is my life. I started playing when I was 8 and have loved it ever since. I am liking classes so far, I might have a different answer later in the semester though. I plan to major in exercise science and later on in life maybe own a gym. I absolutely love working out. I started Crossfit sometime during my freshmen year of high school and fell in love. I've been doing it in and off since then when I wasn't playing softball. I would love if I could one day show other people how awesome Crossfit or just working out is. Once you start you can't stop.

I value music, my education, fitness and most of all my family. My Education has always been important to me. Going to school and getting good grades is a big thing in my family because my parents didn't get to pursue college. They have always pushed my sister and I to want the best for ourselves, and have wanted us to succeed so we wouldn't have to work as hard as they had to. I value music because it can calm me down when I'm really worked up or pump me up when I'm down. It allows people to get their problems and feelings out in a safe and creative way. It helps people see what other people are going through and can tell a story in three or four minutes. Fitness is the second most important thing to me, after my family of course. I love being in shape and feeling like I can take on the world. My family means the entire world to me. We've always been a very tight knit group and we love being around each other. I couldn't imagine ever being without them.

I love being active and feeling accomplished. I love the feeling I get after I've done something productive. It could be a homework assignment or finishing a difficult workout. My career goal is to be a personal trainer and gym owner. In next five or ten years I would love to have a gym. It doesn't have to be big either just a place where people love going. I'd eventually expand the gym but it will be small to start off. When I can make other peoples lives better by helping them get fit and healthy that's when I'll be successful.

I would like to grow more as a person to be a better friend. I would like to be a better listener so when people need to let it all out I can be there and know what to say and do. I'm not saying I'm a bad person know i just want to grow more as a person. It would make me feel better to know that I'm giving someone my all when they need me. I'd love to broaden my musical talents too. I've been working on my ukulele skills and there looking pretty good. Hopefully by the end of the year I'll know most of the chords and can make a little tune. My Nona's (my mother's mom) favorite song was somewhere over the rainbow and I spent days practicing it so I could play it for my mother. I had felt so accomplished when I saw mothers face, she was so happy to hear her mothers favorite song played by me. I want to give other people the kind of peace and happiness that my mother had when I played for her.

My Mission Statement

I will try to prevent times when I let things get to me.

I will enjoy my work by finding employment where I can help others succeed.

I can do anything I set my mind to.

I will open a gym with every piece of equipment and training style in the world so every person who comes will have hundreds of options.

My life's journey is to show people the beauty of exercising and eating right so they can love themselves and be confident.

I will be a person who loved my family and changed the lives of many.

My most important future contribution to others will be making them feel better about themselves.

I will stop procrastinating and start working on:

● trying my hardest at everything even if I want to stop

● having a more positive attitude

I will strive to incorporate the following attributes into my life:

● getting things done no matter what

● being the hardest worker I can be

● and being fearless

Ralph waldo Emerson was an American poet and optimist. No one can bring you peace within but yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else and should be the first to want give yourself peace and happiness.

I love this Ted Talk because I like talking to strangers and they always give me the 'why are you talking to me' face. One time I was at the grocery store with my roommate and the cashier saw that I liked the flash because of my shirt and we had an awesome conversation about the TV show. After my roommate thought it was weird and I thought she was weird for thinking it was weird. People miss out on all the cool conversations they could be having.

I've always wanted to visit Australia. As soon as saw where it was on the map, a little continent all by itself down under. Their accent is really cool to, even though I probably wouldn't be able to understand them when their talking.

Australia vs. America

Australia is slightly smaller than America. Its located between the Indian Ocean and the South Pacific Ocean with a total area of 7,741,220 sq km.

The population is 22,992,654 and the people are called Australians. There are many languages spoken there but its mainly English with an Australian accent.

Sydney Harbour Bridge

I would go to see the Sydney Harbour bridge, it's the tallest steel arch bridge in the world. There's a bridge climb Sydney which is a tour that talks about the history of the bridge while they climb.

Whitehaven Beach

Whitehaven beach is located on Whitsunday island national park, Australia. It's TripAdvisor's number 1 and the fifth best beach in the world. There are tours of the island on high speed motorized rafts. It has the purest silica sand in the world.

Great Victorian Desert

This is the Great Victorian Desert. It's the largest and most popular desert in Australia and third largest in the world. It's 163,900 miles (424,400 km) in size. Crossing the desert wouldn't be that hard if i were to stick to the main roads but it would take several days to cross.

Sydney Opera House

The Sydney Opera House is Australia's most recognizable building. That's one of the reasons I would want to visit it and its right next to the Sydney Harbour bridge. After i finish my Bridge tour I can go right next door and visit the Opera house.
