9th Amendment By Isaac Flores

The ninth amendment secures us of rights, even if they are not directly stated in the constitution. This includes natural rights that everyone has. The ninth amendment also acts as a boundary for the government, it does not let the government get too powerful so that it takes away citizens rights or power over court.

There are many ways that the ninth amendment can benefit me. The ninth amendment provides me with "unalienable rights", this reffers to rights that everyone has, "natural rights". Since I'm not an adult and have less rights, this provides a sense of equality to me. I can have the same rights that adults have and they can't be taken away.

For example, the government can't randomly punish people or me because the ninth amendment protects the citizens, no matter the ethnicity or age. For me I'm not an adult so it definitely protects me from possible conflicts.
