Now, we are in the food business, so, when we think of being "Beach Ready," we tend to think more in terms of making sure the cooler is fully packed and that all the barbeque equipment is loaded in the SUV along with a couple of Shovels and Rope CDs.
However, many people, for many different reasons, are avoiding the carbohydrates these days, and we can totally respect that. We salute whichever long-forgotten chef first came up with the idea of marrying cheese, tomato sauce, spices, and toppings on flatbread and then cooking it in an oven. Wikipedia claim that pizza-type dishes have been around since the Neolithic Age. We start with pizza dough made in-house by our artisanal bakers, proofed and formed. Then we add our secret (yes, really secret, so don't ask) herb oil, our double-secret (honestly, stop asking) tomato sauce, and then our triple-secret (not even kidding here) cheese blend.
The result is a pizza that is as good to look at as it is to eat. We sell ready-to-go slices every day for $1.99; if you want a whole pizza, just ask our staff and we can have one for you in fifteen minutes or so. A vacation to the French Riviera can be eye-wateringly expensive. Just checking out the prices on Expedia makes us want to go and lie down in a dark room with a damp towel on our forehead. Plus, you have to take the time off work and the new guy isn't really up to speed yet and the kids need expensive dental work and the cat is still doing that thing and AAARRRGH.

Not with our new French Riviera style Sourdough Bread with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Herbs. That name might sound like a mouthful, but so is the flavor. Hi! How's it going? I'm a fish. I don't actually have a name, what with having no sense of personal identity and all. Heck, I barely have any concept of object permanence. That's me in the big photo there. I kinda look like I'm in an old MTV video from the '80s, huh? "Hungry like the woooooolf!" Heh heh.
