The rainy season is from May to October, followed by a cool, dry period. It is generally a mild tropical climate.

Pack sunscreen and light clothing because of the humidity.

There are many ways to travel to and through Laos, including airplanes, trains, buses, and boats.

The best time of the year to go is between November and February because it will not rain very much.
