Be Beautiful Expo 2017 Philadelphia

The Be Beautiful Expo 2017, held in Philadelphia on March 25th, was a well-attended and well received event that successfully brought together thousands of Philadelphia residents. The versed informational panel participants, the talented and creative varied artists, and the “Children’s Corner” captivated, inspired and motivated folks of all ages.

Yet, nothing goes unscathed because no thing is perfect, and there is always room for improvement. With that…

The expo needed more seating. There were lots to see and do at the event; yet, there were attendees who would have benefited from having a place to rest between browsing and engaging. Sound quality was somewhat problematic. It was difficult to hear and clearly understand conversations and information being shared and conveyed by announcers, presenters and amongst attendees. And last, but surely not least, attendees needed to be a bit more supportive. Attendees needed to show how much they love and appreciate the sharing of wealth and knowledge by purchasing items at asking price. As you may know, education is not cheap! A lot goes into events of such magnitude.

If I had to rate the Be Beautiful Expo, I’d give it an 8.5 on a scale of 1-10. Overall, it was a delightful, fun-filled day of family enlightenment and enrichment...and togetherness.
