Project Phoenix Delivering improved Time to Value for Adobe customers

The Vision

Project Phoenix sets out to build a robust, scalable platform to identify, measure and accelerate the Time to Value (TTV) of an Adobe customer’s investment of the Adobe Marketing Cloud.

The Purpose

At Adobe Global Services, we are constantly striving to be better. We have recognized a need to improve our handover experience between sales and customer success that will define a clearer path of a client’s success milestones and aim to accelerate the speed at which we deliver value to their business.

The Pilot

We have carefully picked 6 clients to take part in a pilot that will evaluate the effectiveness of the project. These clients include Prudential, BT, Unilever, ACCA, Tesco & Etihad.

The pilot is due to commence [9th January 2017] until [31st May 2017]. Any learnings, successes & challenges will be shared with the AGS leadership team after which a decision will be made to roll out the pilot to a wider set of Tier 1 clients in NEUR.
