  • Implement a core/flex policy program¬†to¬†clearly outline the core benefits and menu of options to meet the company requirements and employee needs
  • Develop a policy for personal moves that clearly outlines the core benefits
  • Document and define process for Exceptions/Escalations for relocation/tax
  • Develop a cross border commuter quideline policy for Switzerland/France and Switzerland/Germany (A guideline for HR and payroll teams to conclude on the situation of any new Swiss EE in a cross border situation
  • Implement reporting process to capture outstanding costs compared to budgeted costs to help finance manage accruals across quarters
  • Review all our relocation policies, relocation addendums and assignment letters. Update with accordingly with core/flex policy
  • Establish workflow , identify key fields to track, documents to store for all relocation and immigration for teams full use in Global Mobility tracking technology (GlobeEASE)
  • Automation of templates (Relocation & Assignment Letters)

  • Successfully created relocation packages for over 10 key VP hires and senior directors
  • No W2C's for tax year 2016
  • Completed over 100 cost projections for assignments/international transfers/domestic relocations
  • Aligned GDC international assignment program with reduced costing analysis to meet AGS/GDC ROI.
  • Global Retention program- helped design this program to support retention in the US. Moved over 25 key talent and family internationally
