Improves health, reduces risk of getting diseases, high blood pressure, obesity, back pain, self esteem, stress
Cardio: Any exercise that raises your heart rate. A stronger cardiovascular system means more capillaries delivering more oxygen to your muscles. Enables your cells to burn more fat during exercise and inactivity.
Muscular endurance: Ability of a muscle group to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time. An example would be how many times you can do a curl up or a single exercise a certain rep.
Strength: the quality or state of being strong, in particular
Flexibility: the quality of bending easily without breaking
Body composition: used to describe the percentages of fat, bone, water, and muscle in human bodies. (determines leanness)
