Veterinary Trends Rebekah Schram

A veterinarian is a medical professional who protects the health and well-being of both animals and people. They diagnose and control animal diseases and treat sick and injured animals. They also advise owners on proper care of their pets and livestock.

Transportation.  Mobile practice has changed drastically over the years as well. Before cars, veterinarians served clients by horse and buggy or even on foot.

Higher prices in financial products. The price of veterinary care isn’t getting any lower. The expense of drugs, fuel and supplies means we have bigger bills to pay.

Niche pets rise in popularity. Birds and fish are ramping up in sales. Reptiles and pocket pets are trending, too. This means vet medicine is making way for more niche vets.
