Health and Wellbeing iThrive wellness sessions

A note from Seamus Ruane iThrive: "Over the last number of weeks I have noticed increased levels of stress & anxiety in friends, family & colleagues. I am certified in Applied Positive Psychology – the scientific study of wellbeing and now, more than ever, we need to engage with self care & look after ourselves. Over next 14 days I will share highly practical & easy to apply tools & techniques to help you through the current crisis".

This bench is perfectly placed beneath a lonely tree, giving a clear view of the open fields and woodlands in every direction. In the early morning mist there’s a certain melancholy about the place - you could sit and ponder life here, without a care in the world." • Fiona Smallwood - "untitled image"
