How important is team chemistry to make a good team?

" I think that's by far the most important aspect of a team. Team chemistry is the most important thing when you are playing on a team, to have that team chemistry is what brings the whole game of soccer together and helps you play a lot better." - Megan Miller

How does having strong team captains help your teams success and chemistry?

" By having team captains the team is able to have a leadership figure so that they know whenever there is something wrong or something they need help with, there is always there to support them other than a coach. Captains are also there to keep safety on and off the field by making sure players are behaving outside of the sport and by speaking to the officials/refs when we see that there is a possible disagreement. Overall by having strong captains our team is able to feel comfortable, United, and feel like a family."- Senior Captain, Molly Humphrey
