Opening:

Usually has tumbling or a eye catching trick to start off the routine strong.

Standing and Running Tumbling:

The teams each have a level based on the difficulty of tumbling.

Level 1: backwalkovers Level 2: backhand springs Level 3: Tucks Level 4: layouts Level 5 and 6: dulls and doubles

Baskets:

This is when they throw the flyers or shortest on the team in the air while they do tricks and then they catch then in a cradle.

Pyramid:

Usually the most tiring part of the routine with flips and other crazy skills

Dance:

A part in the routine that shows off strong motions to the judges and is the breathing time for the athlete
