Georgia 2016 Gogokhia Family and Georgian Feasts

Following Alexis Georgian to his home country the Republic of Georgia

Marty, Richard, Jola and Bill sightseeing in the windy mountains of Georgia. We visited a Museum, Cathedral, Monastary. Forts, Baths and water falls.

Gelatins Monastary , a World Heritage site near Kutaisi.

The Monastary is used. The building is being restored. There are archilogical excavations being conducted. Tourists and school groups visit.

Bagrati Chathedral is another WHS in the area.
