Annual Fee
Annual fees are due before the end of the business day, August 1st.
Thank you for previously paying the $150 re-enrollment fee. The remaining balance of the annual fee is $150.

Information on Books & Uniforms
BOOKS
Instructions:
- Select the corresponding link for your child's grade level.
- For PK3, click on books 1 through 5. The books will immediately be added to your cart.
- For JK 4 and Kindergarten click on all links. The books will immediately be added to your cart.
- For Grade 1 to Grade 5, click on your grade and your corresponding link will be added to your cart.
- To begin purchasing the books, select the button below labeled "BOOKS"
UNIFORMS
- Children enrolled in our Ascent Program do not need to order uniforms from Flynn O'Hara
- All other grades must order uniforms from Flynn O'Hara.

Tuition & Orientation
TUITION UPDATE
Tuition agreements will be sent out by August 1st. If you find errors within it, please email jonathan.bibbs@richmondprep.org prior to your first payment to ensure proper billing
ORIENTATION
Thursday, August 22nd, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
This year we've streamlined orientation! This year we will be handing out a checklist and you will have stations to tackle the sections you have not checked off on the list.
Good News: If you have done everything on the checklist and have no questions, you DON'T have to come!
Here's the Checklist!
- The Ascent and Kindergarten orientation will take place from 5:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
- The Academy Elementary orientation from 6:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
