Relaxing in Puerto Vallarta Scroll Down to View!

Good friends rented a condo at the Peninsula Condo complex, a three tower development, on Puerto Vallarta Bay, Mexico. It features generous beach front, a very large infinity pool which is the length of a football field. All provided with the compulsory pelican formation, who feed prodigiously in the shallow waters of our beach front.

Our Condo offered this great panoramic view. It was like being on a cruise ship that wasn't moving! At various times, dolphins, whales, breaching whales and 'kamikaze like' diving pelicans are seen regularly.

At times, it seems to be raining recreational Sky Jumpers. They jumped everyday, many times a day. Here's a two minute video compilation.

Watch that landing!
High Life is good.

On Valentine's Day, we arranged for a genuine Mexican meal cooked by local chef, in our condo. This is Osmar who owns the El Burro Loco in Puerto Vallarta. He is a very good chef, and our meal was, without doubt, the best Mexican food I have ever tasted.

Osmar's Mexican Tortilla Soup was imply outstanding.
My favorite was Pollo Enchiladas, with green sauce. Many thought the Shrimp Surprise was the best.

The End!
