John Locke English philosophe

John Locke was an Egnlish philosphe who believed that every person's rights should be protected.

He also held the idea in himself that all beings in this world deserved life, liberty, and property.

This extraordinary man supported constitutional monarchies, which is a form of government in which the power of the ruler is kept from gaining too much power by the laws and or the consitution.
