Sunset storm and double rainbow STORY AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY ROBERT NEFF

Jul 11, 2017. At sunset, there were storms and then a wall of dark clouds to the east over Tampa Bay. To the west, there was a storm over Clearwater. Scattered storms along the beach allowed the sun to reach the clouds to the east, where a double rainbow formed.

After the rainbow disappeared, the eastern storm darkened, turning the water in the marina black.
