My Communications and Promotions Internship at Brisbane School of Theology (BST) equipped me with event marketing experience. I produced an event plan, flyers, invitation letters, MailChimp invitations and analysed post-event survey results. Furthermore, I wrote a newsletter article called Appreciating Early Christianity from an interview that was distributed in issue 8 of BST Connect.

I currently produce visual and written content that aligns with the brand image and sermon topics of Arana Hills Church of Christ via Facebook, Instagram and MailChimp. I also communicated and promoted the Radiant Women's Bible Study through newsletter articles, blog articles and the Arana Women's Facebook group.

I filmed and edited the following promotional video for Arana Hills Church of Christ's Radiant Women's bible study.

I have experience in AdWords gained through the Google Online Marketing Challenge. I researched and analysed the semantic and long tail keywords utilised by Milestone Capital Advisors and its competitors to develop the title tags, meta-descriptions, negative keywords and to select the long tail keywords for the bidding auction. Throughout the campaign period I monitored, analysed and adjusted the campaigns, ad groups and bids to improve the CTR and conversions. Overall, the website performance increased over the three week trial period compared to the three weeks prior. The AdWords performance is expected to increase further when the suggested SEO, website usability and calls to action are implemented.

During my Masters of Business (Marketing) I analysed Cystic Fibrosis Queensland's media relations problem and recommended an earned media plan and digital media kit, which included the target public, goal, objectives, key messages and proof points, media releases, fact sheet, tweets, a media tactics timeline, a media distribution contact list, and media interview questions and answers.

My love of marketing blossomed from the joy of helping a small business realise the impact of digital marketing. I volunteered to rebuild the The Soap Garden's eCommerce website and revitalise the Facebook page. Determined to help more organisations I started my Masters of Marketing in 2015.

My strong attention to detail is evident in my written and visual media.
