Burger & Beer in the Pub
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day week, the Founders' Pub is proud to be offering the Reuben Burger: an 8 oz. Angus Beef Patty topped with succulent corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing. To pair with this meaty masterpiece, we suggest Rye Baby, a distinctively bold IPA from Union Craft Brewing in Baltimore, MD. Using rye, the bad-boy cousin of barley, the brewer creates a malt profile which hits the tongue with a peppery bite. Aggressive dry-hopping with Simcoe and Chinook hops delivers intense aromas of citrus and pine and a tannic finish that leaves you craving another sip. Rye Baby is a perfect pair for salty, red meats.
