I would love it if each of you can come in for a pre-night, leaving the U.S. on June 10, 2021 and arriving in Copenhagen on June 11, 2021. The evening on June 11th, a complimentary dinner at a local restaurant will be provided by Travel by Erin. The next day would then allow time for "A day out in Copenhagen with Erin." If you are unable to join us for the pre-night, don't worry we will meet you on the evening of the 12th when we meet our tour director at our hotel.
Travel day June 10, 2021- if you are coming in for a pre-night you would leave the U.S for an overnight flight to Copenhagen, Denmark.
Pre night June 11, 2021- WELCOME TO DENMARK! Did you know Denmark is referred to as one of the happiest countries on earth? After you arrive please get settled in to the hotel. This evening we will meet in the lobby then walk to a local restaurant for dinner & drinks courtesy of Travel by Erin. Meals included today: DINNER
Day 1. June 12, 2021-COPENHAGEN. A day out in Copenhagen with Travel by Erin. After breakfast let's meet in the lobby. I have hired a private guide to take us on a tour of Copenhagen, complimentary to you of course. Our local guide will tell us about Danish history, Danish culture and interesting facts about the city. During the trip, we will also take a private 1-hour canal cruise through the city. Lastly, we will finish up at the Copenhagen Food Halls. Our guide will talk about Danish food and show us a few of his favorite food stalls. The tour will end at approximately 1:30 pm. From there you can go enjoy lunch, shopping or sightseeing on your own. Tonight we meet out Globus tour director and enjoy an included dinner hosted by Globus. Meals included today: BREAKFAST AND DINNER
Day 2. June 13, 2021-COPENHAGEN. Morning sightseeing with a local guide includes the Church of Our Savior and the Stock Exchange on the way to Christiansborg Palace, where you visit the elegant ROYAL RECEPTION ROOMS. Drive past the National Museum and the Royal Theater. Stop for pictures of Amalienborg Palace with its lovely flower gardens and the wistful LITTLE MERMAID. Afternoon at leisure or maybe join the optional excursion to Frederiksborg Castle. Tonight, visit TIVOLI GARDENS (mid-April to mid-September), the city’s colorful amusement park. Entrance included, rides are additional. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 3. June 14, 2021-COPENHAGEN–GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN–OSLO, NORWAY. From Elsinore beneath Hamlet’s Kronborg Castle, board a FERRY for Helsingborg. Then, our motor coach will drive us to Gothenburg, Sweden’s thriving second-largest city and admire its beautiful parks, botanical gardens, and well-kept canals during your orientation tour. Visit Gothenburg’s famous indoor FOOD MARKET to taste local snacks at some of the stalls. In the afternoon, continue along the Skagerrak coastline to Norway. Evening arrival in Oslo. Meals included for today: BREAKFAST & DINNER
Day 4. June 15, 2021- OSLO, NORWAY. Today gives you a good introduction to Oslo, the country’s hub of trade and industry. Sightseeing with a Local Guide features the National Theater, considered the home for Ibsen’s plays; the unique Storting building, seat of Parliament; and the Royal Palace, residence of Norwegian monarchs since 1849. Stroll through magnificent FROGNER PARK with Gustav Vigeland’s extraordinary sculptures; and visit the CITY HALL, where the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony is held each year. Day 5. June 16, 2021-OSLO TO STOCKHOLM SWEDEN. Trace the King’s Road, an ancient trade link between the northern capitals connecting Oslo, Stockholm, Turku, Helsinki, and St. Petersburg. Cross the Swedish border to scenic Värmland, beautifully described in Selma Lagerlöf’s Gösta Berlings Saga, on the way to Karlstad on Lake Vänern. Pass the ancient garrison town of Örebro and modern Eskilstuna, known for its stainless steel, and proceed to Stockholm. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 6. June 17, 2021- STOCKHOLM. This city is settled on 14 islands between Lake Mälar and the Baltic Sea. Morning sightseeing with a Local Guide includes the Royal Palace; Riddarholm Church, a walk through the OLD TOWN, and the festive blue and gold chambers in the CITY HALL, where the annual Nobel Prize banquet is held. Later, choose from leisure time on your own or optional excursions to make the most of your stay such as the Vasa Ship Museum, Royalty Walk and lunch in Old Stockholm. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 7. June 18, 2021-STOCKHOLM. Morning at leisure. Why not join an excursion to Uppsala? Later, board your ship for the overnight Globus Local Favorite BALTIC SEA CRUISE to Finland, and enjoy a traditional Smörgåsbord dinner. Meals included today: BREAKFAST and SMORGASBORD DINNER
DAY 8. June 19, 2021- HELSINKI. Today guided sightseeing includes major sights, such as the City Hall and Parliament House, the great LUTHERAN CATHEDRAL, and the SIBELIUS MONUMENT. Browse for souvenirs in Helsinki’s OPEN-AIR MARKET. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 9. June 20, 2021- HELSINKI. A full day at leisure offers the opportunity to join an optional excursion to Tallinn, capital of Estonia, known as one of the “Pearls of the Baltic” countries. Tonight, dinner has been prepared at the hotel to celebrate the success of your tour of the Northern Capitals. Meals Included today: BREAKFAST AND DINNER
Day 10. June 21, 2021- For Option #1. Your tour will end this morning in Helsinki. Flights back to the U.S. are in the morning or the afternoon. If you would prefer to extend your stay in Helsinki please let me know. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 10. June 21, 2021- For Option #2. HELSINKI TO ST. PETERSBURG, RUSSIA. Enjoy a pleasant drive to St. Petersburg, where you will visit magnificent ST. ISAAC’S CATHEDRAL with a Local Guide. This evening, get a real taste of traditional Russian delicacies and enjoy a Globus Local Favorite traditional dinner at your hotel with caviar, blini, pickled cucumber, and vodka. Day 11. June 22, 2021- ST. PETERSBURG. Today our guided sightseeing tour starts with the Winter Palace complex, now home to the world-famous HERMITAGE MUSEUM, with celebrated works by Rembrandt and Leonardo da Vinci. Optional excursions such as St Peterburg: in Depth the Rise and Fall of the Russian Empire, a Russian Dinner or a Russian Ballet. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 12. June 23, 2021- ST. PETERSBURG. Today we travel to Pushkin and visit the magnificent CATHERINE PALACE (if closed visit Pavlovsk Palace instead). The balance of the day is at leisure; optional activities are available to further explore this fascinating city.
Day 13. June 24, 2021- ST. PETERSBURG–MOSCOW. Board the high-speed SAPSAN TRAIN to Moscow. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Travel by Erin inclusion for joining the Russia extension. Tonight, please join me for a walking tour of the underground MetroArt, and the to see the lights of Moscow. Optional of course but included for you from Travel by Erin.
Day 14. June 25, 2021- MOSCOW. Today guided sightseeing features a visit to RED SQUARE and the KREMLIN, a city-within-a-city, where you can admire the medieval towers, cathedrals, and palaces. Also visit the ARMORY MUSEUM and see the Bolshoi Theater. Meals included today: BREAKFAST
Day 15. June 26, 2021- MOSCOW. Today, visit a Globus local favorite, the CATHEDRAL OF CHRIST THE SAVIOUR, the largest Orthodox Christian church in the world, as well as the NOVODEVICHY (New Maiden) CONVENT and its CEMETERY, with the tombs of famous Russian authors, musicians, and political leaders. Tonight, enjoy a farewell dinner with Russian champagne and local specialties. Meals included today: BREAKFAST and DINNER
Day 16. June 27, 2020- MOSCOW. Your vacation ends with breakfast this morning and a transfer to the airport.

- Option #1. The tour cost is $2519 per person when sharing a room with another person. Please connect with me for single occupancy rate. If you wish to have a room to yourself. (I have a great option where you might be exempt from a single occupancy rate.)
- Option#2. Scandinavia and continuing to Russia the cost is $4569 per person when sharing a room with someone. Please connect with me for single occupancy rates.
- Airfare will be an additional cost to the above rates.
- The arrival shuttle in Copenhagen is $35 per person or you may opt to take transit or a taxi.
- Return shuttle is included.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended and will be available to accept or decline in the booking form.

Final Payment date
- Final payment will be due on or before April 2, 2021.
When you place your deposit and fill out the booking form, I will need you to tell me who your roommate will be. You will need to have a discussion with them because if they cancel you will now have an increased single occupancy charge if you travel as a single. If you both buy the "Cancel for any reason insurance" you will be price protected should your roommate cancel.
Always highly recommend as life happens!! This will cover you for medical, missed connections, trip delays and more. The "Cancel for any reason" through Globus is $249 per person for option #1. For option #2 visiting Russia, the cost of the insurance will be $299 per person. Refunds would be in the form of a voucher for future travel, cash back or mix of both depending on when and why you cancel. It will also price protect you if your roommate cancels but both of you must purchase the plan. Third party insurance can be quoted as well.
Each person will need a valid passport, with at least 6 full months before the expiration date from the day we arrive in Europe.
A VISA is required to enter Russia, please see the link below to review how you should obtain this required document.
