About the Builder

Ed Lenhart is a third generation builder and has over 30 years of construction experience. Ed received his Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Denver in 1995. Before he started JCI Construction, Ed worked all over the country, including some of the largest contractors in Massachusetts, Kentucky, and California. Ed married Kathy Mueller in 1981 and after travelling to other states for work, the couple returned to Grand Junction to raise their family. Since settling down in Grand Junction, Ed and Kathy have built over 600 homes, 17 subdivisions, and several large commercial projects. Ed and Kathy restructured Just Companies into JCI Construction LLC in 2014.
