First things first you have to change your diet by eating more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables...and most important WATER drink lots of it and see how amazing the results can be !

Exercise is key not just to help you get a better body but for your health too!

Manage Stress and do something that will make you relax .

Avoid Smoking , Drug and Alcohol abuse.

Sleep about 8-9 hours a day
