The Globe Theater And Important Facts About William Kazz Period 6

This shows the inside of the Globe Theater.

I chose the Globe Theater because I personally love the architecture of it. It gives so much depth and I love the form of it. It also looks very classy. Its awesome how it was created so long ago and it still looks brand new. Its history, and I love history, But did you know that the Globe Theater was actually destroyed by a fire in 1613 when a special effect on stage went wrong, and in 1614 it was rebuilt in the same exact spot?! Also, according to one of the few surviving documents, no one got hurt!

This shows how everyone is leavening the theater because of the fire. If you really look at the picture, it shows a guy with a script, A guy running with a horse tail, and another guy holding beer with a horse head. The reason why he is holding beer, is because during the fire the burning trousers were put out with a bottle of beer. I chose this picture because it really makes you think. Other pictures just show the theater burning, this one shows the theater burning and people holding meanings of the fire and customs running out from the theater.

The Globe Theater was made in London in 1599. It associated with Shakespeare. The theater has three stories and can hold up to 3,000 people. Their are different types of pieces of the theater, they have their own special name. like the "pit", Which held the groundings, or the "apron stage" a rectangular platform that thrust out among the audience into the pit. On the outside of the theater their is color coded flags that shows what plays are going on. Red flags, White flags, and Black flags. Red for history, White for comedy, and Black for tragedy.

This shows the different flags for the globe theater different genre.

Did you know, that in 1603 outbreaks of the Bubonic Plague were so serious in London that the theater was forced to close, and in 1908 to restrict it's spread. Gross right?!

This is the Bubonic Plague. Its a zoophytic disease, circulating mainly in fleas on small rodents, and is one of three types of bacterial infections caused by Yersinia pestis (formerly known as Pasteurella pestis), that belongs to the family Enterobacteriaceae.

Here is a 13 min video of the Theater....

Take a moment and think. Look at his first quote. What does it mean to you? To me, it means that if you have a true best friend, he or she will know if you changed or accept who you are. Basically means that you should be who you, are and your true friends should except who you are. Now the second one. What does he mean by "Love me or hate me, both are in my favor." What does he mean by this? Take a moment and think. To me it means you can hate me or love me, I dont care, both are my advantage.

William wasn't just a famous book writer or famous for his quotes, He was also famous for his poems.
