Student Union Lines, a Crime?

Students at the University of Tennessee gather in the Student Union during their lunch breaks. Students who purchase a meal plan, are given $300 dining dollars, that they can use at restaurants in the UC like Chickfila and Panda Express.
While additions to the Student Union are being built, students have limited space to take a break during their busy class schedules.
Some students claim that having lines this long is not right because they are offered few choices of where to eat on campus, and the lines deter them from coming to the Student Union.
Maddie Webb, a junior at the university claims that it can take up to 30 minutes, just to order her food.
