Harbin snow and ice festival By Carmen and Brodie
This is a festival called the Harbin snow and ice festival. It is a attraction park ,you can come here for a vacation and it is a sort of theme park.
The propose is to bring excitement, it is to make money, also that the ice carvers can share their gift to the world and have some fun, it brings a lot of people so they can see awesome ice that is glowing.
It is important because it is a tradition the has been here since 1863 and a lot of people love it. It took a lot of work to create this festival.
How they make the ice so colourful is by using led lights and putting the light ing inside the ice. Like in this picture
