Defensive Precautions Mandating Self-Defense Classes in High School

No one should be in this situation.

Everyone should be able to defend themselves and not come home with bruises because no one taught them how to fight back.

These statistics will go down when women and men learn to protect themselves with mandatory self-defense classes implemented into high school curriculum.

There will be two parts to the class and the first part will focus on textual learning with occasional guest speakers.

The second part to the class will be hands on training in which students will learn how to ward off their assaulter.

Students can graduate with confidence knowing that if they are ever in a situation where they will need to use their newly learned defense skills, they can.
