children and cpr By Aaron Catchpole

CPR and First Aid are for children and adults alike. For the training aspect of the course, a manikin that is similar to a human is used.
Here are two children who appear to be learning CPR and First-Aid at a young age. The county of Saratoga in NY needs to make learning these skills mandatory in middle schools as well as allow for a re-certification course every couple years.

School is a community where CPR should be shared.

There is no need for parents to drive their children out of their way or devote extra time.

School is a place for children to grow and learn.

In a small classroom setting, it should be fairly easy to keep the attention of the children and keep them involved.
