respect others opinions story by bri.g

Alright this needs to be said. You've seen and heard some crazy things since school began. Things like a teacher being questioned and homecoming court being cancelled and much more. Throughout that time you've had opinions as well as others. Sure someone said something you didn't agree with and you made that known. That thing you said to disagree with a person is called an opinion. Everyone is entitled one. With that entitlement will come comments and things you won't like.

So here's the bottom line, if you disagree with someone, don't yell at them saying “you're wrong” or that's stupid” nod your head and reply with an “ok” or “cool.” There are absolutely 0 reasons to yell at person for what they believe in. If someone believes in something let them. It's not of your business. If it offends you don't bring that subject up. Really if someone's opinion makes you upset walk away or stop being so over sensitive. Nowadays people get offended so quickly by others opinions because they don't know what else to do other than cry about it and make an uprising. Stuff happens, please get over it. I know this sounds like an opinion piece which it is but this is the truth. We live in a society where people can't have respect for others opinions and thoughts and that just causes chaos. People can think what they want and say what they want. If i had it my way people would know both sides before commenting and getting butthurt because someone said something the other did not agree with. I mean come on people respect each other and thoughts. The world would be better off if we could do that.
