Prior to the event, I wanted to give you the opportunity to think about the content and what objectives you may have for the day. I recognise that it’s a big commitment of your time and therefore I want to be sure that our time together is well spent and covers as many key points as we can.
The objectives for our day are all based around helping our partnership be better together. As well as sharing our focus areas with you, you’ll hear about the role that our partners play in our total EMEA business and you’ll also hear from Janet Boss about the APC program, enabling you to really focus on how to grow your revenue streams.
At the end of the day, I’d like to think that you will have heard our key messages and will be able to understand how these fit together to make our partnership better together. There will be 4 areas of focus running through the day:
Customer Experience. Usage. Cross sell/Up sell. Renewal.
For some of you, all of these areas will be focus areas we share. For others, there will be key ones that you really want to challenge yourself and your business about. Thinking about whether your business is truly best in class.
I also want to give you the opportunity to tell us about any topics that you’d like to hear about. I think we’ve covered most things in the content we’ll share but I’d appreciate your feedback if there are any specific areas you’d like to hear about. There will also be time during the day for some discussions on areas we’ve focused on plus anything else that you think is worth talking about.
