Healthy eating away from the kitchen Mark Van Reeth

Many restaurants only display menus without nutritional information.
Typically restaurants post nutritional information online.

Going out to eat can be difficult as a type one diabetic such as myself because not many restaurants (Waterstone Pizza) post nutritional information.

As a diabetic, each carbohydrate consumed affects blood sugar levels.

Carbohydrate counting is one of the most important parts of managing diabetes.

Not only will nutritional information at Waterstone help people with dietary restrictions. It will help all people eat HEALTHIER.
