Life and death

William Shakespeare has no birth records but was baptized in 1564 at holy trinity church in Stanford upon Avon. From this, they did believe Shakespeare was born near April 23, 1564. William Shakespeare married Anne Hathaway on November 28, 1582 in worcester. William was 18 and Anne was 26. It turned out that Anne was pregnant. Their first child, was a daughter name Susanna, born on May 28, 1583. Two years later, on February 2, 1585, they had hamnet and Judith. Hamnet died of unknown causes when he was 11. William died on his birthday April 23, 1616.

His works

His early works were his histories and comedies. Then lastly his later works were tragedies and tragicomedies. William Shakespeare's first plays were mostly histories written in the early 1590s.In William Shakespeare's final period, he wrote several tragicomedies. Among these are Cymbeline, The Winter's Tale and The Tempest.

What is Shakespeare most known for?

Shakespeare is known as "the Bard of Avon," and many of his plays were performed in the famous Globe Theater in London. He's best-known for plays of Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and MacBeth. He is also known for his poetry, especially his sonnets. I think the reason why we still study him because of his literature and making a big impact on plays and writing.
