At maximum throttle and RPM, just the exhaust gases escaping from the a Top Fuel dragster's open headers alone produce between 900 and 1,100 pounds of downforce.

The rear foil produces huge downforce, peaking at around 12,000 lbf when the car reaches a speed of about 324 mph.
