VEEPS luxury On-Demand

INTRO

Some 13 to 15 million Americans will actively use ride-sharing services by the end of 2017. The largest markets are major U.S. cities where ride-sharing is more useful than personal vehicles or public transportation.

While the biggest commercial ride-sharing companies dominate the general market, there is ample opportunity to capture an audience that has a tremendous amount of disposable income and appreciates unique experiences.

VEEPS was created to cater to a market segment that can't quite afford owning a high-end luxury vehicle but would pay for its fractional use.

PROBLEM

Luxury car rentals require large deposits and daily rates that are cost prohibitive for most interested consumers.

Private owners of exotic cars rarely use them as daily drivers.

As a consequence, the rental industry operates on high margins but low utilization of their inventory.

Also, luxury car owners aren't able to extract anywhere near the value they pay to drive their vehicles.

Ideas are everywhere, execution is everything

SOLUTION

VEEPS has created a marketplace to facilitate the additional monetization of high-end luxury vehicles. With our app, we have leveraged digital marketing for efficient customer acquisition and have developed a scalable model for further growth.

We are building a lifestyle brand. The content created by our new media marketing group and passengers will provide a pipeline of new business. Our goal is for our customers to feel a sense of community and exclusivity.

VEEPS wants to be synonymous with excellence and we are committed to delivering a world-class VI.P. experience every ride.

BUSINESS MODEL

Our business model is simple. Driver receive 80% of our standard $9.99/mile rate. Rental businesses and private owners get 80% of $99 per ride (charged to passengers).

We want to inspire our drivers to consider themselves as small business owners. Unlike other ride-sharing programs, VEEPS has a "miles for equity" program that incentivizes loyalty and retention. Customer satisfaction will be viewed as a competitive advantage and a tenet for our long-term sustainability.

Winning isn't everything but it might as well be.

WINS

The core team behind VEEPS has a track record of launching successful brands and businesses. Since building one of the first social networks in 2004 (Collegester.com - "The Facebook Effect"), we have been at the forefront of the digital revolution.

Our products and projects have impacted the lives of millions of people and have showcased innovative ways to leverage the power of the connected world.

PRODUCT

We have built VEEPS on both the iOS and Android platform. Within each ecosystem, we have a full-featured app for both passengers and drivers. In addition, we have developed a web admin panel to manage transactions and driver payouts.

Our team of engineers has experience in building systems that scale. We are rapidly iterating our apps based on user feedback and executed on delivering a mobile experience competitive with large commercial riding-sharing platforms.

Artificial Intelligence has the capability of changing humanity

ROADMAP

ConciergeBot

Artificial intelligence is the future. Autonomous vehicles will be the predominant form of transportation in most urban cities once regulators find them safe enough for public use. We anticipate widespread driverless cars by 2025.

VEEPS is a forward-thinking company that is developing a "ConciergeBot" that will be available 24/7 to handle our client requests. It will use machine learning to understand their transportation habits and provide a more personalized experience. We believe this strategic direction will allow the platform to become smarter and ultimately evolve into an everyday assistant.

INSIGHTS

UBER'S FLYWHEEL

Current ride-sharing business models are unsustainable. Their model depends on drivers incurring signficant opportunity costs of their time and heavy depreciation expenses. This is a broken value chain that has led to very unsatisfied drivers. Subsequently, this has trickled down to widespread poor customer experiences by many passengers.

VEEPS fundamental value proposition to drivers is providing the cars. This works for luxury rental businesses because their inventory would be idle during off peak days without our additional demand. The same is true for private owners. Our ability to keep each side of the marketplace happy is foundational to our approach.

MARKET

The overall ride-sharing market is exploding and expected to grow to $24.4B by 2020. VEEPS plans to penetrate the major entertainment and jettsetting markets such as Manhattan, South Beach and Las Vegas.

Partnerships with restaurants/bars, nightclubs and boutique hotels will be pivotal in building our local presence. Presently, we are in talk with The H.Wood Group to market VEEPS to their bottle service customers.

TRACTION

Admin panel

Through Facebook advertising, we have launched an invite-only private beta targeting West Hollywood, CA. Our model has been proven out with a growing group of new customers. At an average ride price of $241.92, VEEPS is making $68.18 per trip. This represents a 960% increase over traditional ride-sharing apps.

At this time, we are looking to expand our marketing efforts to scale and further penetrate the greater Los Angeles area before launching in other markets nationwide.

"Sleep less. Dream more."

ACQUISITION

Facebook Ad Stats

We have spent close to $10K with Facebook Ads to acquire 161 clients. Drivers have been acquired through Craigslist and our vehicle inventory has been built through Turo and calling L.A. exotic car dealerships on Yelp.

With 20% gross margins on each ride, VEEPS has a profitable model. Our drivers have expressed extreme gratitude for the income opportunity. Also, private owners and high-end luxury car rental businesses were extremely ecstatic about the additional revenue.

"To be interesting you have to be interested"

SOCIAL

Internet and new media marketing has been a strength of the founding team since they bootstrapped an ad network to $16M in sales over 10 years.

Given the scale and hyper-targeting abilities of Facebook, we anticipate a significant increase in revenue and profits with each additional dollar we invest in this system.
