From Psalm 103
Bless the Lord, O my Soul, and all that is within me bless His Holy name.
(Speak out the names of God that are precious to you this morning)
Bless the Lord, O my Soul, may I never forget how kind He has been.
(What are you thankful for this morning? Be grateful & thank God for His kindness)
He forgives all your sins;
(In quietness let Him search your heart for any attitudes that you don’t need to carry into today: ask for forgiveness)
He heals all your diseases. He redeems your life from the pit.
(Pray for anyone in need of healing, rescuing, saving... situations close to home & around the world)
He crowns you with love and compassion.
(For a moment: sit quietly & receive His love for you today. Be filled with compassion for others)
As you go into today, whatever it holds, may you know: Christ with you, Christ before you, Christ behind you, Christ in you.

It was our second time visiting Mt. Mitchell, but the first time being here at sunrise. Being the middle of fall, it was exceptionally cold this particular morning. The early drive was well worth this view." • Matt Seymour - "Tea Tea Tea (number 1)" • Justin Lynch - "untitled image" • Zbynek Burival - "Summer field with grain and flowering red poppies" • Bill Oxford - "untitled image" • Khadeeja Yasser - "Walking along the esplanade of Hamriyah Beach, I decided to do something creative and picked up a stick in order to draw a heart into the sand. I immediately clicked a picture of it, as the nature surrounding it was beautiful and soothing."
