The idea of the Work Experience Building, is to house a group of select students that have agreed to participate in the WEB co-op program, while working towards an undergraduate degree. The WEB co-op program is available to Juniors and Seniors, 21 years and older, who are enrolled in a major that has relevance to one of the several small businesses located in the Work Experience Building. Each year a new group of students will be selected to have the opportunity to live in the new state of the art building, while working at the restaurant, or in one of the several retail store fronts. The work completed by the students will be accredited towards graduation. The Work Experience Building will be broken up into two separate buildings, joined together by a shared outdoor common area and an enclosed walking bridge.
