Earlier this month I was catching up on some glorious Food Photography/Commercial Work with the very fabulous Mawson's Mallows. Besides photographing some very tasty mallows, I also photographed the fabulous couple who 'are' "Mawson's Mallows!" They are a Lancashire Business, just like yours truly and they are based in Adlington.

Take my word for it, their marshmallows looked tasty, and I can confirm they tasted even better! I sampled nearly one of everything I took a photograph of. It's a hard job, but someone has got to do it, haha!

This fabulous local business also supplies "beautiful wedding favors!" Mawson's Mallows can be found at lots of local farmers markets, especially Hoghton Tower, Lancashire.
