Kidspoint Family Lifepoint Stafford

When you become a part of the Kidspoint family at Lifepoint Stafford, you're not only investing in the next generation, but you are planting yourself in an environment where you will be poured into and grown in ways you didn't think possible. As a Kidspoint volunteer you earn the title of a "Fun Expert"! We will come together on a Sunday to fulfill the mission of pointing kids to Jesus, but it doesn't end there.

Our team coaches and leaders want to invest in YOU throughout the week. You are not just a person filling a spot, you are a vessel of God and we want to pull out the giftings you've been given. As a volunteer you will have access to attend leadership development nights with Pastor Daniel, receive one on one mentoring from coaches, be honored at our annual volunteer appreciation night put on by the entire Lifepoint Staff, and attend rallies with the entire Kidspoint team. If you have kids they will be able to hang out with other volunteer kids in our Hangar environment so you are able to attend and serve on Sunday! This month we have over very own Stafford Vision night for all volunteers and would love to have you join us. We want to walk alongside you outside a Sunday morning service and get to know the story God has given you.

Discover the environments below and see where you feel God is leading you to serve. I would love to hear from you if you feel it's your time to serve and get you connected. Feel free to email me at larmstrong@lifepoint.org. I can't wait to answer any questions you may have!

Kidspoint Production

This team gets to work behind the scenes in putting on the shows for Quest Large Group each and every week. You don't have to have any experience in A/V of any sorts, as you will be trained in how to put on one of these fun and exciting shows. The entire show is run from a laptop set up in the back of the room. This is perfect for those who want to be a part of the Kidspoint mission but is more into behind the scenes details.

First Time Family Host

This team has the pleasure of greeting first time families to Lifepoint Stafford. As a FTFH volunteer, you get new guests registered by filling out a simple form and provide them with the necessary materials to get their kids situated for their first time in Kidspoint. As you walk them to the environments for the first time you are able to make them feel at home and establish one of their first connections at LC Stafford!

E-Check

As a member of this team you get to greet returning Lifepoint families and check them in at one of our kiosks. We have manual check-ins and a scan check-in, both simple to operate. You get to spend Sundays engaging in conversation, getting to know the other families here at LC Stafford.

Hangar

This environment is offered for volunteer kids at Lifepoint. One major obstacle that could prevent a parent from serving is not having care covered for their child during that time. Hangar is a fun space for kids to attend after they have already attended Kidspoint. They can play games, watch movies, have snack and relax. As a Hangar volunteer you give back not only to the kids but to all the volunteers who make church happen.

Kidspoint +

Do you have a heart for children with special needs? Be a Kidspoint + buddy! Our buddies are partnered one on one with a child while they attend their normal Kidspoint environment to help further their success for the day.

DIVE

Here you can find Lifepoint's smallest and most precious! In Dive you get to care for babies from age 0-3 years old. We have three different rooms separated by age, so if you are interested in rocking the newborns you will enjoy room 1 &2. If you want to have fun and lead a small lesson with our oldest in Dive, room 5 is for you! If playing is your thing, room 3&4 is the spot for you!

Trek

Join us in leading our Lifepoint preschoolers! We have lots of fun during free time when the kids first arrive. We worship together to three easy to follow songs in Large Group, watch our weekly lesson video and do fun activities in small group afterwards. All lesson plans and materials are provided for you and scripted so you don't have to worry about coming up with what to say/do!

Quest

Interested in serving our elementary aged kids? After kids attend Worship/Large group, they break up into small groups with two grades together for activities that match their age level: K-1, 2-3, and 4-5. Our 4th and 5th graders have their own Large Group curriculum separate from K-3 so they can dive into more discussion based content. All lesson plans and materials are provided weekly, so you will always know what each Sunday will be about well in advanced!

We can't wait to welcome you to the family!
