Kundalini yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini yoga classes use rhythmic movements in conjunction with deep stretches, breathing techniques, meditation, and mantras. Students see and feel the results quickly, feel energized, relaxed, and uplifted after each class. This 75 minute class is based on Yogi Bhajan's teachings.

Chelsea Xeron is a peak performance coach and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. A sports injury brought Chelsea to the mat over ten years ago and the mental & physical benefits yoga provides kept her coming back. She fell in love with Kundalini Yoga for its power to quickly transform and heal the body. Chelsea took her teacher training at Radiance Yoga in 2016. She combines Kundalini Yoga in her highly praised coaching practice that has helped countless professional athletes overcome issues preventing them from staying on top of their game.
