Try-out *Goal: To select one to six competitive teams to represent our new club in local, regional and out of state tournaments.
*Minimum goal of fielding one U10 Team and a maximum goal of fielding two U10, U12 and U14 teams.
On August 15, 2021, athletes will be notified via email if they have or have not been selected. They will have 72 hours to confirm their roster spot. A non-refundable commitment fee of $100 will be due by August 18, 2021.
2021 Fall Club Dues will be approximately $250. These monies will cover weekly training sessions, facility rental fees and coaching pay. *After paying your $100 commitment fee, you will have a balance of $150 due by September 1, 2021.
Other costs: *$28 USFHA Membership fee. Uniform purchase (minimum order of a home & away jersey, one kilt, 1 pair home socks, 1 pair away socks and practice pinnie). Estimated cost: $100. *These uniforms will be worn year round and for as many seasons as you can get out of them!
Fall Training will begin on Thursday, September 2, 2021 and run through Tuesday, November 23, 2021. All training sessions, for all age groups, will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-6:00 pm at Weaver Field Complex.
We will strongly encourage our U10/U12 athletes to participate in the Lancaster Youth Field Hockey League. ($70 to MT Rec)
Our hope is to take our teams to 2-3 tournaments during the fall. We also plan to host a tournament for our athletes at the Weaver Field Complex. There is a possibility that we will take teams to USFHA's Festival in Florida, over Thanksgiving.
Both the Winter and Spring seasons will incur separate training fees to cover facility rental costs and coaching. Tournaments will be offered in both seasons that will incur further costs (registration fee & coaching fees).
