CANCELLATIONS

To best serve our clients and our staff, we kindly ask that you give a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. We love our hairdressers and we know you do too! Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. We do understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Multiple cancellations under 24 hours, will be at the discretion of management to handle any additional fees. All no call, no show appointments will be subject to a deposit charge of 50% of the booked appointment value in order to reschedule the appointment. This amount is non-refundable and forfeited if appointment is missed again. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

CHANGE IN STYLIST

We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, or to gain a new perspective- Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If for any reason you wish or need to see a different stylist, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.

SERVICE REDO

We take pride in, stand by, and guarantee our work at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Client redo appointments will only be honored if management is contacted within 7 days of the original service.

REFUNDS

Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of service and has consulted with their stylist and received a redo and is still not happy, Hair to be Different of Cape Coral management will use reasonable and fair judgment on any decision to refund the client.

Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased at our salon and has clearly used less than 25% of the product, within 30 days of purchase, the client will receive a refund. Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy in how much was used.
