Carol Dudley, Employer Relations Manager

Carol Y. Dudley has been serving students at Howard University for 45 years. In her current role she as Manager of Employer Relations for the university-wide Center for Career and Professional Success, Ms. Dudley provides employers with information about student engagement, the Annual Career Fairs, employer-led programs and sessions, and information on contacts and programs within Howard University Schools and Colleges. Ms. Dudley has been recognized for her work from several organizations including receiving the Distinguished Service to Local Journalism from the Society for Professional Journalists, the T. Howard Foundation and has been voted Outstanding Faculty/Staff by the Howard University student body multiple times.

She has helped to establish and facilitate several industry-related scholarship programs with such nationally recognized organizations as the White House Correspondents Association (WHCA) Scholarship, The Washington Post William Raspberry Young Journalists Scholarship, Interep Radio Scholarship, the Broadcast Capital Fund Scholarship, FOX News Scholarship, ABC News Nightline Scholarship, and the Environmental Protection Agency Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering scholarship.

She is a champion for workplace equality for students of color nationwide.
