Isaac Newton, An Enlightenment Thinker By:Ameer Ziada

Summary of Newtons Law

Isaac Newton was a very intelligent man from England. At 26 years old Isaac Newton was certain that all physical objects were affected equally by the same forces. Newton’s thought that the same force ruled motion of the planets and all matter on earth and in space. According to this every object in the universe attracts every other object. The opposite reaction depends on the mass/weight of the objects and the distance between them.

Impact on Society:

Newton came up with the three laws.

He also changed the way people think today. Citizens would rely on the church for information. For example why does something fall. The answer would relate back to God. He taught people to have common sense and to understand motion. Newton helped to bring together their breakthroughs under a single theory of motion.
