Trojan war

The Trojan war is a story taken place and s the Bronze Age where town kingdoms had a conflict leading to war. This story goes into the history and mythology of Ancient Greece, it is also the inspiration for many writers.

How did it start and how did it end?

The war began after the abduction of Queen Helen of Sparta by the Trojan Prince Paris. It finalized with the kingdom of Mycenaean defeating the Troy kingdom. The Mycenaean kingdom sent people to hide in a wooden hollowed out horse to gain entry into Troy.

Who were the major players in the war?

Agamemnon was the leader of the Greek forces in the Trojan war. Odysseus HIS ten year return to thaca from the war at Troy. Ajax was a suitor to Helen and a fighter on the Greek force agents Troy.

How does the Odyssey relate to the Trojan war?

The Odessey is the story of Odysseus, a warrior in the Trojan war, sailing home.

Who is homer?

Homer is the name ascribed by the Ancient Greeks to the author of two epic poems. Homer wrote the poem the Odessey a major Ancient Epic Poem.
