Phil Valk, VP/Principal, AMPS
Phil Valk is a healthcare cost management expert and serves as Vice President/Principal with Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions (AMPS). Phil’s passion and pursuit for a common sense medical reimbursement model has led him across all 50 states, and over a dozen countries internationally visiting and contracting with hospitals and facilities on behalf of U.S. commercial health plans.

Kevin Hitzemann, VP, Sales, Maestro Health
Kevin has over 30 years of experience in sales and the benefits industry. Prior to joining Maestro Health, he was the Vice President of National Sales for Payflex Systems, a third-party administrator.

Jason Youngblood, Director of Behavioral Strategy and Clinical Account Lead for Behavioral Health, Cigna
Jason Youngblood is the Director of Behavioral Strategy and Clinical Account Lead for Behavioral Health. Jason is responsible for facilitating behavioral health (mental health and substance abuse) clinical integration for Cigna clients. Jason has a Master of Arts in Psychology from Towson University and is a Master’s Level Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland. In addition, Jason holds certification as a Personal Trainer, focusing on the link between mind and body, and the impact to overall wellness.
