April 14th - 15th, Let's Create Something, Inc. was on hand as the The LA Convention Center hosted the largest virtual reality conference and showcase,  VRLA Expo 2017. Returning for the second year as VRLA's Audio Visual Support team, LCS was proud to be a part of such an exciting event.

LCS, provided AV support for the Main Theater, two secondary theaters, two workshops and three exhibition booths.

For the most technically discerning audience.

Creating an event for an audience of LA's most tech savvy critics, the LCS team of experts and crew stood ready for the challenge.

Theatre Rooms

LCS provided 6 large scale projectors and screens, 10 LCD flat screen monitors, 5 audio mixer consoles.

For the Presenters..

Every presenter moved freely onstage with wireless presenter remotes and wireless microphone setups.

The LCS team of seasoned experts came ready and prepared for any technical challenge.


Throughout the two-day event, VRLA hosted workshops and LCS provided conference room set up and support for every class.

Presenter Support

LCS set up 6 laptops loaded with each speaker's power point presentation ensuring their messages reached their audiences clearly and without a glitch.

When the crowds grew too big...

LCS was ready with a Picture in Picture switching system in the overflow theatre.
