Working for Us A glance at Mid-City's Culture and Team

We know that you spend a lot of time at work. Making sure we create a fantastic environment for you is important.

Why work here?

You won't just count and color. You'll bid and manage your projects, and build and maintain customer relationships. For other business initiatives, we often create committees to create new processes and implement fresh ideas. Our most recent committee worked with a technology development company for a year to create a web-based software to streamline our prefab department. You'll have the opportunity to be a part of projects like that.
We invest in your growth. From day one, you will engage in an 8-module training program that will teach you everything from company culture to the take-off process to the "whose who" of our team and industry. We're members of the BX of Central Ohio, SMPS, NECA, and many other professional organizations, so you'll have access to hundreds of classes and networking events year-round.
We want work-life balance too. We also have activities on our to-do list that are not Mid-City related. Because of that, we're flexible with your schedule. To make that balance come a bit easier, our office has a full gym that you can use whenever you'd like as well.
Our benefits will help you plan for the expected, and unexpected. We offer a 401K retirement program, profit sharing, medical and dental insurance, and paid time off.

A Little More About Us

This is what our customers say about us.

“As a participating partner, you created an environment of trust and team building that provided for a harmonious atmosphere. While the benefits to our hospitall were many, I want to especially thank you and your staff for the commitment you made to keep us on time and on budget, while delivering a quality project that makes us all proud.” - OhioHealth

This is what we value.
