Highlights from 2016

"Coaching is about helping you think more deeply about your work, organize your thoughts, set your own goals, and develop a plan to meet those goals." Nina Morel

Connecting Cohorts

My goal for 2017 is to bring you all together through the use of Google Classroom. On the button below please find the link to a Google Doc containing codes for your individual school. Each classroom will house information, schedules and resources specific to your middle school. The doc also contains classroom codes for specific content areas. Please join at your leisure and use this space to share ideas, tips and tricks, or created content material with teachers across Providence.

Instructional redesign

INSTRUCTIONAL REDESIGN focuses on theories and practices to ultimately develop a learner centered system rooted in engagement. Now that routines and procedures are embedded in your classroom practice, developing learning experiences that are intentionally built to support, challenge, engage and excite learners is the next step. The following resources are provided to guide your thinking around planning, content development and instructional approaches.

Below are some great Highlander Institute sponsored events! Join us if you can.
