National Kids Gym is Hiring!

National Kids Gym is excited to announce that WE'RE HIRING Recreational Gymnastics Coaches! Make physical activity fun and get paid to do it.

Looking to hire a recreational gymnastics coach, willing to travel and great with kids. Must have a lot of energy and want to make an impact on the strength and body awareness of our youth. The more you put into the job, the more earning potential you will have.

• Lead beginner gymnastics classes for children ages 2 – 9 years old

• Provide a safe environment for physical activity

• Responsible for making class fun, taking photos, and sharing class updates to parents on social media

• Must be able to travel to contracted daycares and elementary schools in Philadelphia and surrounding areas

National Kids Gym has been teaching beginner gymnastics since 2012. We now travel to 9 daycare locations and 4 elementary schools. We bring all the equipment with us and set up on location! As of right now, there's only 1 full time gymnastics instructor so we're looking to bring on more qualified coaches. Classes are held between the hours of 9:00am and 5:15pm. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, please inquire when you send a resume.

Qualifications: Must be able to lift approximately 25lbs. Reliable transportation. Child Abuse Clearance and Background Check are required.

Tell us why you'd be a great coach for National Kids Gym!

You can submit a little bit about yourself and resume to National Kids Gym via email at NationalKidsGym@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from YOU!

Family Wellness Tip

Help your children learn to love SWIMMING! Summer is a great time to head to the beach, a swimming pool, or even a inflatable pool in the backyard! Please remember to stay safe. Check out the article for tips on how to gently introduce your child to the water and make it FUN. Here are some highlights:

  1. Start water play in the bathtub.
  2. Blow bubbles in the water.
  3. Get your feet wet in a pool or the ocean to start slow.
  4. Practice floating around ages 3 - 4.
  5. Learn to kick and splash.

Teach your children to save themselves in water with Infant Swimming Resource: https://www.infantswimphilly.com/

Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) can teach your little one to become an aquatic problem solver and an effective swimmer or floater in any depth of water. Consider that most infants and toddlers love the water, and the situation begs the question - would your child know what to do if he found himself in the water alone?
